Machismo Plus Does Not Sell or Ship Products

Machismo Plus publishes editorial reviews of supplements sold by their respective manufacturers. We do not maintain inventory, accept payment, ship orders, or process deliveries. The Shopify checkout on this site is disabled.

This policy explains how shipping works for orders placed through manufacturer links on Machismo Plus reviews, who handles tracking and delivery, and what we can and cannot do to help.

Machismo Plus is operated by Gregory Berryman, sole trader (ABN 83 951 623 827), based in Victoria, Australia.

When you click an affiliate link on a Machismo Plus review, you complete your purchase on the manufacturer's official store. The manufacturer is the seller of record and is responsible for fulfillment.

Shipping Is Handled by the Manufacturer

All shipping, fulfillment, and delivery responsibilities belong to the manufacturer you purchase from. This includes:

  • Carrier selection and shipping method options
  • Shipping fees and any free-shipping thresholds
  • Tracking numbers and delivery notifications
  • Delivery estimates, reshipments, and replacements

Machismo Plus cannot change, expedite, reroute, or cancel manufacturer shipments. We do not receive your payment and we do not control the manufacturer's fulfillment systems.

Shipping costs are set by the manufacturer and shown on the manufacturer's checkout page. Costs can vary by destination, shipping speed, current promotions, and the manufacturer's fulfillment location.

Free-shipping offers, multi-bottle discounts, and similar incentives are run by the manufacturer and may change without notice to us.

Processing and Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by the manufacturer and the carrier at checkout. Actual delivery times can be affected by:

  • Manufacturer processing time before dispatch
  • Carrier network capacity and routing
  • Customs clearance for international shipments

For delayed, lost, or damaged parcels, contact the manufacturer you paid. Only the manufacturer can open carrier investigations, arrange reshipments, or issue refunds under their policy.

If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback, the manufacturer's process and evidence requirements apply, since the transaction occurred on the manufacturer's website. Machismo Plus is not party to the payment relationship and cannot reverse charges.
