1. Machismo Plus Does Not Sell Products
Machismo Plus is a review and recommendation website. We do not process payments, sell products, or handle returns or refunds. All purchases are completed directly with the official supplier you are redirected to.
2. Where You Made Your Purchase Matters
When you click “Visit Official Supplier” and complete an order on a supplier’s website, your transaction is between you and that supplier. That supplier’s own return and refund terms apply.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund:
- Find the order confirmation email from the supplier you purchased from.
- Follow the supplier’s return/refund instructions provided in that email or on their website.
- If you cannot locate the supplier’s policy, contact the supplier’s customer support directly.
4. What Machismo Plus Can and Cannot Do
Machismo Plus cannot:
- Issue refunds for purchases made on the supplier’s site
- Initiate return shipments on your behalf
- Modify, cancel, or reroute orders once placed with the supplier
