Machismo Plus Does Not Sell or Ship Products

Machismo Plus publishes editorial reviews of supplements sold by their respective manufacturers. We do not sell, ship, or process payments for any product, and we do not handle returns or refunds.

This policy explains where returns and refunds are handled, who to contact, and what we can and cannot do to help.

Machismo Plus is operated by Gregory Berryman, sole trader (ABN 83 951 623 827), based in Victoria, Australia.

Every product purchase made via a link on this site is a transaction between you and the manufacturer's official store. We are not party to that transaction.

Returns and Refunds Are Handled by the Manufacturer

When you click an affiliate link on a Machismo Plus review and complete a purchase on a manufacturer's website, the manufacturer is the seller of record. Their return policy, refund timeline, and customer service handle everything related to that purchase.

This includes order changes, returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and any disputes about the goods received.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund:

  1. Find the order confirmation email the manufacturer sent at the time of purchase.
  2. Follow the return or refund instructions in that email, or visit the manufacturer's customer service page.
  3. If you cannot find the email, check the website you purchased from and look for "Customer Service," "Returns," or "Contact Us."

Refund timelines, return shipping requirements, and restocking fees (if any) are set by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer Money-Back Guarantees

Several manufacturers featured on Machismo Plus publish their own money-back guarantee terms. The guarantee window, conditions, and process for each product are stated on the manufacturer's site at the point of purchase.

Where applicable, we mention guarantee terms in individual product reviews so readers can compare. Always verify guarantee details with the manufacturer before ordering, since terms can change without notice to us.

What Machismo Plus Cannot Do

Machismo Plus cannot:

  • Issue refunds for purchases made on a manufacturer's site
  • Initiate, intercept, or process return shipments
  • Modify, cancel, or reroute orders placed with a manufacturer
  • Override or extend a manufacturer's stated return window
  • Mediate disputes between you and a manufacturer

What we can do: help you identify which manufacturer fulfilled your order if you remember which review you read, and point you to the manufacturer's stated contact page.

International Returns and Customs

International return policies vary by manufacturer. Some accept returns from outside their home country, others do not.

Customs duties, taxes, return shipping, and currency-conversion charges are your responsibility unless the manufacturer specifies otherwise. Check the manufacturer's stated international policy before initiating an international return.

Disputed or Unauthorized Charges

If you do not recognize a charge from a manufacturer or believe it was unauthorized, contact the manufacturer's customer service first to confirm or correct the charge. If the matter is not resolved, contact your card issuer or payment provider to dispute the transaction.

Machismo Plus is not party to the payment relationship and cannot reverse, dispute, or refund charges processed by a manufacturer.

For order status, refund processing, return shipping, replacements, or product complaints, contact the manufacturer directly. Machismo Plus cannot relay messages to a manufacturer or expedite their response.
