The Machismo Plus Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Machismo Plus. We are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our supplements. However, due to the nature of dietary supplements, our return and refund policy is limited to specific situations. This ensures product safety and quality for all our customers. Below we outline the conditions under which we can accept a return or issue a refund, as well as how to proceed if those conditions are met.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

We only accept returns or issue refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Item Arrived Damaged or Defective: If your product arrives in a damaged condition or is defective upon delivery, you are eligible for a return or refund. Please notify us immediately (ideally within a few days of receiving the item) so we can assist you promptly.
  • Order Not Received (Lost in Transit): If your order never arrives (for example, if the package is lost in shipping and never marked as delivered by the carrier), you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

Outside of the two situations above, all sales are final. Even if the item is unused or still sealed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.

For example, we will not provide refunds or returns for cases of a change of mind, ordering the wrong product by mistake, or dissatisfaction with the product’s performance or results.

We appreciate your understanding that these policies are in place to maintain the highest health and safety standards for our customers.

Shipping (Return Instructions)

If you encounter one of the eligible issues above, please follow the steps below to request a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at orders@machismoplus.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (for instance, photos of the damaged item or details of the missing shipment). Do not ship the product back before contacting us and receiving confirmation.
  2. Follow Return Instructions: Our team will verify your case and, if eligible, provide you with return instructions and a mailing address for sending back the product (if a return is required in your case). Please ensure the item is packaged securely for transit.

Note: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and any original shipping costs paid are non-refundable.

For higher-value items (over $50), we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. This helps protect you, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your return and cannot issue a refund for items we do not receive.

  1. Refund or Replacement Processing: Once we receive your returned item (if a return was requested) and inspect it, or once we have verified the loss/damage claim, we will process your refund or send out a replacement product. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account. If a replacement is issued, we will provide you with new tracking information once the replacement ships.
